Subject	would the cut outs on the disc cause a balance issue?

Message	...maybe it counterbalances something else. I know there is a reason for this as well as the disc is unsprung. ....Does it really matter anyway if the disc is alittle out of balance?..Excuse my curiosity .....but from the reviews so far; it looks promising esp for daily drivability.
